  • We deliver across India. Delivery time typically ranges from 5 to 10 business days depending on your location.
  • Shipping charges may apply based on the order value and delivery location.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Return, Exchange & Cancellation

  • Since most of our products are made-to-order (handmade or semi-handmade), we do not offer returns or refunds.
  • Exchanges are accepted only in cases of wrong or damaged products received, and must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Cancellations are only allowed within 6 hours of placing the order. Once processing starts, cancellation is not possible.
